What are your life regrets?
Some people keep self-pitying their life regret(s), while some deny having any regrets.
Both approaches do not help a person move forward in life.
Human life is no perfect. Therefore, regret is part of everyone’s life story.
Regrets are valuable, if you can take an honest look at them.
Regrets can bring improvement, growth and transformation in your life, if you can make full use of them.
Are you ready to meet with your regret, and to have a dialogue with it?
1) Is the regret a one-time guest, or is it a regular guest who repeatedly comes visit your life?
2) If the regret has a voice, what does it say to you; what does it want you to know?
3) What have you learned more about yourself and the regret?
4) What are you going to do between you and the regret?
No other people know the answer and can answer for you. Explore inside yourself, and the answers lie within there.
