壓力有兩面.

它帶來焦慮(anxiety), 恐懼 (fear), 挫敗感, 生活素質下降, 長遠的高度壓力可導致身體健康問題, 精神崩潰.

另外, 壓力也能帶來創意衝擊, 興奮感 (excitement), 原動力 (motivation), 成功感, 是人及社會邁向成長的引擎. 而適當的壓力可以驅動人作出改變 (change).
