Emotion at Work

We are human being. We are not robots or machines.
Emotion is a core part of being a human.

Emotional intelligence (EQ), according to Daniel Goldman, its first dimesion is self-awareness (i.e., recognizing and understanding your inner experience–thoughts and feelings). The first step towards enhancing EQ is not by “controlling emotions”. It is the opposite. The more you try to control and suppress, you more you will lose control.

People fear what they don’t understanding. If you allow yourself to get to know your different emotions, they can be  your trusted friends.
